Caffeine Driven is a three-person hackathon team: Alexander Gese, Adrian Morton and Brandon Delgado, three college students who build at hackathons together. At ShellHacks 2026 we built Repro in 36 hours, and it won the Microsoft prize. Repro reproduces every scanner warning in a sandbox and fixes only what it proves; a person merges. It spends 0% of its model tokens finding bugs, and an estimated ~68% fewer tokens fixing them than repairing every finding separately.

Repro clones the target into a fresh workspace pinned to one commit and runs deterministic scanners, so no model decides what counts as a finding. It re-runs each finding's reproduction command in a sandbox and keeps only what shows the problem, groups the findings by root cause and proposes a fix per group. Repairs are made through sandboxed tools and the diff comes from git. Verification re-runs the tests and the reproduction, and an adversarial check tries to break the fix; a person decides whether to merge. Built in 36 hours at ShellHacks 2026, where it won the Microsoft prize.
